Misrepresented
In general: This place is strictly for sleeping only. This is NOT a hotel but a motel that is not updated or kept up to par. Location and surroundings: The best thing about the motel was it was walking distance to Walmart and plenty of places to eat. Service: One thing I really hate when it comes to customer service is not being acknowledged when you are clearly waiting on service. Even if your attending to another customer acknowledge with even eye contact or a smile. Dining: They do have a bar and grill on premise that never opened. Room: The room were cleaned everyday however the curtains were dirty there was a big stain in the carpet. Useful tips: I was aware of the resort fee however they charge a $40 per night incidental fee charged they no where on the website that was mentioned. There was nothing in the whole room that even cost $40 to take. The resort fee that was charged was supposed to be for used of the business center, fitness area which I never seen. The business center we couldn’t even print out our tickets for the parks because there was no ink in the printer. When we went to the front desk to ask the attendant to print them for us like we had done the previous day she was clueless to what to do.
